PAST AND PRESENT 61 - BIRMINGHAM

About one third of this book covers the northern part of Worcestershire - the present Cross City line south, the Camp Bill line and the now closed Halesowen Railway. This really is a lovely book with many of the historic views featuring images made by the late Peter Shoesmith of Kings Norton. Unlike some of the other books in this series there are no colour photographs and this without doubt helps to keep the price of the book down to realistic levels. This book is highly recommended.
