Central Trains livery class 156 two-car diesel multiple unit No.156416 arriving at Blakedown on the 09:40 from Hereford to Lincoln.

This is the Churchill & Blakedown signal box which was closed in August 2012. Photographs taken by Andrew Smith on 4th September 2001.

On 24th July 2020 there was an interesting light engine movement in the county when class 40 diesel locomotive No.40145 was sent from Barrow Hill to Kidderminster (SVR) to collect fellow class mate No.40106.  Robert Pritchard was at Blakedown Station in time to take this lovely photograph of the pair heading for Crewe.
