BURLISH HALT
Grid reference: SO 807725)

Nothing remains of Burlish Halt or the line that used to run behind the houses on the other side of the road close to the old oak tree. There is a pathway between these houses which leads through to another street. There is a slight dog-leg in the path which marks the point where a footbridge carried the right of way over the railway (with thanks to Nick Yarwood for this text).
